General Program Information
The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment or advanced training in a variety of occupations in the information technology industry, including but not limited to: help desk technician, bench technician, support technician and service technician. The course content includes, but is not limited to, communication, leadership skills, human relations and employability skills; and safe, efficient work practices. The program will prepare students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
