✨ Our 8th grade AVID students had an exciting day continuing their career exploration! ✨
Thanks to the Virtual Reality headsets provided by Northwest Florida State College, students were able to step into different career fields and explore future possibilities in an immersive way.
In addition to the VR experience, students also learned how to build a realistic budget based on potential career paths and salaries.
They even practiced calculating their net salary after taxes — an important real-world skill they’ll use for years to come!
So proud of their engagement and curiosity as they plan for their futures! 💼🎓💡

Throughout the season, our Boys and Girls Soccer teams have been hard at work collecting food donations for our local food bank, Food For Thought. Thanks to their efforts—and the generosity of our students and community—they helped fill an entire truck with donations!
